chapter 1 review

Hello I hope you had a great week, My thoughts on chapter 1 are that it is a good introduction to the course at hand. I agree on what it said on this chapter on the importance of reading , the connection reading has on eveything. I witness first hand how teachers can impact thier students good and bad. I think children are so easy to win over and gain respect and once a teacher gains the respect of students they will strive to do all they can to gain teachers respect.
I think its sad but so true how teachers (and parents) belittle children or set aside, group.
I love reading and enjoy surounding myself in books.
